From the first communication with Universal Roofing, Vanessa and Caroline who booked and organized the project, made sure everyone and every part of the procedure on the admin side was first-rate.

Keith came out and assessed the situation and a quote was sent immediately. Next, 4 people in charge of various sections of work, Allen, Rob, Max and ……., came with their specialized and trained teams for each part of the job. Different aspects of the roof had to be repaired, and then ceilings replaced, repaired or repainted. A major operation for us, but is was so well coordinated by this excellent firm.

As the team synchronized the procedures, each stage was accompanied by polite, friendly, helpful and remarkable workmen. As we had our own agenda to prepare for this new year of therapy, we were busy in the rooms and having to go through the past and under ladders most of the time. They helped us to proceed with as much assistance as possible.

They carried out each part of the procedure with knowledge and efficiency; they were careful to remove items such as our computers, copiers, files, books, etcetera and covered everything with precision and care. They cleaned up after they were finished each day, leaving tools and surfaces carefully well looked after.

The respect and the team work of the whole group was a pleasure to observe.The persons in charge were readily available at all times and if required, came to the site to help out on any queries.

I have had many people work on the roof at this practice over the years. I have had rains leaking in, water accumulating, wood rotting and a slow insidious feeling of deterioration ever present. The house feels like new and the energy is positive and motivating.

As I am unable to contact you telephonically, I am writing to thank you for sending Schalk to complete the work done at my home in De Tuin.

Not only did He handle the situation with utmost courtesy, but left the impression that he was prepared to "to go the extra mile" to ensure that the roof, soffits etc. were cleaned up properly to ensure that a good neat job was done.
