Dit het behels dat 'n lekplek op die sinkdakgedeelte wat steeds gelek het weer herstel moes word, dat 'n strook ou digtingsmateriaal wat nie vervang is nie, vervang moes word, dat digtingsmateriaal wat nie korrek teenaan die borsworing aan die Suidekant aangebring is nie, reg gemaak moes word, dat 'n geuthaak wat ten tyde van die eerste span se werk gebreek het, vervang moes word en dat die slordige verfwerk aan die Noordekant reggemakk moes word.
Mnr Smit se span is netjies gedoen.
