A client of Universal Roofing from the Athol area needed a patio extension, for their home. So to make this happen, we cut back the existing roof and bolted the patio extension to the roof trusses. As a result, new steel poles were needed to support the new roofing structure. We installed an insulated ceiling, to match the clients existing bishop strip ceiling. Thereafter we installed 6 x down lights operated by a new dimmable switch. Installed a lightweight clip lock chromadek roof to match roof tiles as close as possible.
